User App
The user app is available for download in Apple App store and Google play store. This user App is the customer-facing interface that allows users to browse, order, and track goods for delivery. It features user registration and profiles, a product/menu browsing interface, a secure checkout process, and real-time order tracking with notifications. Key features include saving addresses and payment methods, viewing past orders, and often, personalised recommendations.
Driver App
The Driver app (used by the the Delivery Partners) is also available for download at both Apple App store and Google play store. This is a mobile application that connects delivery personnel with delivery orders, allowing the riders to accept and complete orders, manage schedule, and navigate to delivery locations.
